👍 The urology clinic has a straightforward website and provides essential information on their services. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The waiting time was acceptable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions adequately. However, the consultation felt a little rushed, and I didn't feel like I had enough time to discuss my concerns. Also, the billing process was slightly confusing, and it took some time to get it sorted out. Although the clinic offers quality services, there is room for improvement in terms of patient communication and streamlined processes. Overall, it's a decent urology clinic, but I believe they could provide a more exceptional experience. 😊
