I have been a customer of Simpati mobile for a couple of years now, and I must say that their service is average. The call quality is decent, and the data speed is satisfactory. However, I have experienced a few dropped calls and slow internet speeds from time to time. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit long to get a response. Overall, I would rate Simpati mobile as an average company.
