I used an exchange platform recently and did not have a positive experience. The user interface was confusing and not user-friendly. The website had slow loading times and lacked important features. I had trouble finding relevant information and had to contact customer service multiple times, but even their assistance was not satisfactory. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience.
