I recently rented a car from Europcar Cyprus and I had a rather average experience. The process of booking was quite easy and convenient, but when I arrived at the pickup location, there was a long queue and it took quite some time to get served. The staff was polite, but not very friendly or helpful. The car itself was in decent condition, although it could have been cleaner. Overall, I would say my experience with Europcar was just okay.
