I recently tried out a VoIP service for my business, and I must say, I wasn't impressed. The call quality was fine, but the customer support left a lot to be desired. They were slow to respond and didn't seem to have much knowledge about their own product. It was frustrating trying to get help when I needed it. I won't be using Crosswind voip again.
