I have had a mixed experience with Publishamerica, lllp. While their customer service was responsive and helpful, I was disappointed with the quality of their editing. The book cover design was also subpar. However, I must say that their publishing process was smooth and the royalties were paid on time. Overall, I would rate them as average.
