I recently rented an apartment through a property management company in Leiden. Overall, it was a positive experience. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the property met my expectations. However, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. It would have been better if these issues were resolved more quickly. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this company for their professionalism and decent service.
