I had a mixed experience with Kraamzorg Het Groene Kruis. The service provided was average at best. The nurse who came to assist us was competent, but lacked empathy and understanding. We had to constantly remind her of our needs and preferences. It was quite disappointing. The organization should focus on improving their customer service.
