I had an average experience with Tourient.com. The website was easy to use, and the booking process was smooth. However, the tour itself was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The guides were knowledgeable, but the overall organization of the tour could have been better. Additionally, the customer support was not very responsive when I had questions during the trip. I might consider using Tourient.com again in the future, but I would also explore other options.
