I recently availed property management services from this company and I must say my experience was fairly average. The company website is informative and the process to sign up for their services was quite straightforward. However, I found their customer support to be lacking, as it often took several attempts to reach someone and get a response to my queries. In terms of managing my property, they did an adequate job, but there were some minor issues that weren't promptly addressed. Additionally, I felt that their fees were a bit steep compared to similar companies in the market. Overall, my experience with this property management company was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
