I recently had the opportunity to work with a wealth management firm called Sonata. I must say, their website (sonatainvest.com.br) is well-designed and easy to navigate. The information provided is useful for anyone interested in investing. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Sonata is an average company in terms of their services.
