The experience with this party rental company was really disappointing. The items we rented were dirty and worn out. The delivery was delayed, and the pickup was a hassle. We had to reach out several times to get things sorted, and the customer service was not helpful at all. We expected much better from Regency Party Rentals considering their reputation. We will not be using their services again.
