I have been a customer of Pt. Sinar Star Books for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the book selection is decent. However, I have had multiple issues with delayed deliveries and incorrect orders. The customer support team is not very helpful and it takes a long time to get a response. I hope they improve their service in the future.
