Blow Plast Ltd / VIP Luggage is an average company. Their products are decent quality and the customer service is alright. I have bought a couple of their suitcases and they have held up pretty well. However, their prices are a bit high compared to other brands on the market. Overall, I think they are a decent company, but there are better options out there.
