Unmet expectations. ⚠️ The catering service seemed more focused on quantity than quality. The flavors were underwhelming, and some dishes arrived lukewarm. The presentation lacked creativity, making it less appealing. Communication could improve as well. questions took longer than expected to be addressed. Overall, not what I hoped for.
