The Roundtree Homeowners Association is doing an average job in managing our community. They have been maintaining the common areas reasonably well, although there is room for improvement. The communication from the association could be better, especially in informing residents about upcoming events or any changes in policies. Overall, they seem to be doing an adequate job, but there is still a lot of potential for improvement.
