I don't understand all the hype around Arpa ceramiche spa. I bought their tiles based on the positive reviews, but I was disappointed with the quality. The tiles were not as durable as advertised and started chipping after just a few months. The customer service was also unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. I wouldn't recommend them.
