I recently became a customer of this telecom company and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, their website is well-designed and easy to navigate. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of affordable plans to choose from. However, I have encountered some issues with the reliability of their service. I have experienced occasional drops in signal and slow internet speeds. Additionally, their customer support, although friendly, has not been able to fully resolve my problems. It's frustrating when you're trying to work or stream a movie and the connection keeps failing. Overall, I would say that this company has potential, but needs to improve their network stability and customer service in order to provide a more satisfactory experience to their users.
