I recently took a yoga class at Selina Gullery and had a pretty average experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly, but I didn't feel like I got a great workout. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained, but it was a bit small and crowded. Overall, I would say it was an average yoga class.
