I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that my experience with Grounded goa has been average. The website buildgrounded.com was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the overall service to be just satisfactory. The staff could have been more attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean but lacked some basic amenities. I would consider staying here again only if improvements are made.
