I am disappointed with my experience at The Art Therapy Center. The therapists were polite, but I didn't find the sessions to be particularly insightful or transformative. I had hoped that art therapy would help me gain a deeper understanding of my emotions, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I will be seeking other forms of therapy that may be more beneficial for me.
