Marlin Travel provided me with an average vacation experience. The booking process was straightforward, and they offered a good variety of destinations. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. The agents seemed disinterested and were not very helpful. It took longer than expected to get my questions answered. Overall, I felt like just another customer.
