Art therapy at The Art Therapy Center was not what I expected. While the therapists were kind and knowledgeable, I didn't find the sessions to be particularly impactful. I believe that art therapy has potential, but the approach at this center didn't resonate with me. I would encourage others to try it out for themselves, as everyone's experience is subjective.
