I recently came across a company that offers survey services and decided to give it a try. I visited their website and found it to be quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. The registration process was straightforward, and I was able to create my survey in no time. However, I did find the number of survey templates to be rather limited compared to other similar platforms I have used. The platform had average features but lacked some advanced options that I needed for my survey. The customer support was responsive, but I think it could have been more prompt in addressing my queries. Overall, my experience with this company was average. It served its purpose, but I wish it had more advanced features and a wider range of templates to choose from.
