I had an average experience with Exelon Nuclear - Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where I felt like my concerns were brushed off. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere was lacking. I would recommend improvements in customer service to make the experience better for everyone.
