I have had a mixed experience with SC Outfitters. While their selection of outdoor gear is impressive, the customer service has been lacking. I faced some issues with my order and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. However, once the issues were resolved, I was satisfied with the quality of the gear. Overall, a decent store but they could improve their customer service.
