I've been using the services of this home fitness company for a while and I have mixed feelings about it. The trainers are knowledgeable and the workouts are effective, but the customer support needs improvement. It takes a while to get responses to my queries and I sometimes feel left in the dark. However, when it comes to the actual training sessions, I am satisfied with the quality of service.
