I recently used VKL Consultant's services and I must say, it was an average experience. The consultants were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt that the service could have been better. The communication was sometimes lacking and there were a few delays in getting the necessary information. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement.
