I recently had an experience with an online medical supplies store and I must say it was quite average. The website, atrility.com, offers a wide range of products, which made it convenient when searching for what I needed. However, I found the overall user experience to be a bit lackluster. The layout of the website seemed dated and could benefit from a more modern design. Additionally, the checkout process was a bit slow and could be more streamlined. On the positive side, the prices were competitive and the customer service team was responsive when I had a query. Overall, I would rate this company as average. While they offer a decent selection of medical supplies, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of website design and user experience.
