I had the pleasure of dining at Chez Boulay - Bistro Boréal during my visit to Quebec City, and it exceeded all my expectations. The food was incredible, with a perfect balance of flavors and beautiful presentation. The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return to this bistro on my next trip.
