Using the Canadian electronic health information system has been an average experience for me. While it offers the basic features needed to manage patient records, I find the user interface to be slightly outdated and not as intuitive as I would prefer. The customer support team has been helpful in addressing my concerns and the system does get the job done, but I believe there is room for improvement.
