On my recent trip with Air Asia, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, the seats were comfortable, and the in-flight entertainment was diverse and entertaining. I would rate my experience as average. Although there were a few minor hiccups, overall it was a satisfactory flight.
