I've been a member of First Defense Martial Arts Center for a few months now and it's been a great experience. The instructors are friendly and experienced, always willing to help and provide guidance. The training sessions are challenging but rewarding. I appreciate the focus on real-world self-defense techniques. Highly recommend this center!
