I recently joined a gym in Newport and have been extremely impressed with the facilities and staff. The equipment is top-notch and there are plenty of options for both cardio and strength training. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable and supported. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered, including yoga, cycling, and Zumba. The Newport County YMCA is definitely one of the best gyms I've been to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out.
