I have been a customer of Batra and Associates for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. They provide the basic services that you would expect from an accounting firm, but nothing more. Their rates are reasonable and they are generally reliable. However, I have found that their communication skills could be improved. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my emails or phone calls, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as an average accounting firm.
