I recently booked a trip with Travel Sense Ltd and it was an average experience overall. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time to speak to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very knowledgeable or helpful. The prices were competitive, but I felt like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I would consider using them again in the future, but only if I couldn't find a better option.
