I had a mixed experience with Maprisk. Some aspects were great, while others left something to be desired. The customer service was excellent and the representatives were always helpful and friendly. However, I found the website navigation to be a bit confusing and had some difficulty finding the information I needed. Overall, I would rate Maprisk as average.
