I have been living in a property managed by the Danville housing authority for the past five years. It has been a satisfactory experience overall. The staff is responsive and any maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The application process was straightforward and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the properties. However, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Nonetheless, I rate them highly for their commitment to providing affordable housing options.
