👍 The company's website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their sign services. The ordering process was hassle-free, and they were quick in responding to my inquiries. However, the quality of the signs was average. Although they were durable and served their purpose, I noticed some minor imperfections in the design and color. Additionally, the delivery was slightly delayed, causing a small inconvenience. The customer service was friendly and helpful, but I felt they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the status of my order. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While they provided a satisfactory level of service, there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and communication. 👍
