Overall, I found the website to be functional and easy to navigate. The product selection was decent, with a variety of options available. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service. There was a delay in responding to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it felt impersonal and lacking in attention to detail. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the quality of the product I ordered was satisfactory. While my experience with the company was not exceptional, it was also not terrible. I would consider trying them again in the future, but with lowered expectations.
