I recently hired this architecture and design firm for my new home project. Overall, I had an average experience with them. While their website showcased some impressive designs, they fell short in delivering the same level of creativity and innovation in my project. The communication was satisfactory, but there were delays in responding to my inquiries. The team did manage to complete the project within the agreed timeline, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the final outcome. The designs lacked the wow factor that I was expecting. On the positive side, the staff was professional, and they did incorporate some of my ideas into the design. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their attention to detail and overall design expertise.
