The cultural exchange program offered by ACI was satisfactory. The staff was knowledgeable and provided us with necessary information. Although the host families were friendly, I expected a more immersive experience. The excursions organized were decent and allowed us to see some beautiful places in Costa Rica. Overall, it was a good cultural experience, but there is still room for improvement.
