Scooter Planet has been an alright company to deal with. The website could use some improvements in terms of user experience. However, their selection of scooters is impressive and the prices are reasonable. I encountered a minor issue with my order, but the customer service was helpful in resolving it. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase but feel that Scooter Planet has room for improvement.
