🤔 I recently had an average experience with this engineering services company specializing in the marine and offshore industry. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took quite a while to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Additionally, I was hoping for more transparency about their pricing and project timelines. On the positive side, their team was knowledgeable and professional when we eventually connected. They did provide quality engineering solutions that met my requirements. Overall, while they deliver decent work, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and communication. 😐
