I recently attended a yoga class at a local studio and had an average experience. The instructor was competent, but I found the class to be lacking in inspiration and energy. The studio itself was clean and comfortable, but it didn't stand out in any significant way. The website was informative and easy to navigate. While River Flow Yoga may be a good option for some, I may choose to explore other studios.
