We recently stayed at Sky-land hotel management co.,ltd. henan investment group and overall, it was an average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. We expected more from a hotel of this caliber. However, the location was convenient and the facilities were nice. In the future, I hope to see improvements in the service quality.
