I have been a customer of Flowgroup plc for a while and I have mixed feelings about their services. The website flowenergy.uk.com is good, but the customer service needs improvement. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response and the representatives are not always helpful. However, when they do resolve the issues, they do it effectively.
