I have mixed feelings about Cathy Daniels. On one hand, their customer service is fantastic. The representatives are always polite and helpful. However, I've had some issues with the quality of their products. The clothes I've purchased have not held up well over time and I've had to return a few items due to defects. It's disappointing because I really want to support this company, but I need products that will last. I hope Cathy Daniels takes steps to improve their quality control.
