I recently used the services of a company to develop an application for my business, and overall, I had a decent experience. The team was professional and delivered the product within the agreed-upon timelines. However, I felt that there were some areas where they could have improved. The user interface of the application could have been more intuitive, and I encountered a few minor bugs. While they were eventually resolved, it did cause some inconvenience. Additionally, I would have appreciated more proactive communication throughout the development process.
