The overall experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products on offer. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about the products and it took quite some time to receive a response. When I did receive a response, it was not very informative and left me feeling unsatisfied. The prices of the products were reasonable, but I felt that the quality could have been better for the price. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, while the company has potential, there are areas that need improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
